Heard it was free went to look and it seems familiar from when I last tried movie downloading a year or two ago and had lots of trouble with spyware and gremlins from sites but not sure if this was one - do you use it and recommend it?

Well my advice to you is not to use it if you had fist hand experience with it. I found a very good movie download site that is spy-ware free they even offer you free anti-spyware software you can check it out at http://www.ipod-vibez.com/mymoviednld.html (Net Unlimited Download) recommend this site it great, lots of the most popular stuff and no spy-ware.

first of all...that's movie piracy. it's illegal. how safe is it? if it's publically advertising itself on the internet, i wouldn't go near it with a 10 foot keyboard.
second of all...you're asking about copyright infringement. don't do that. it's illegal..PERIOD. weather it's "safe" or not isn't the issue. you just DON'T do it and you REALLY don't ask about it.
