Of course it depends on resources and whether it is to be film or stage and whether (on film) the process is more or less shown "intimately".
The traditional way of faking sweat is glycerin in water sprayed or wiped on. On stage it could be added by someone who is supposedly wiping it off.
The usual way of faking pregnancy is with a pregnancy puff which is a specially shaped pillow with straps that hold it on the right position with respect to the hips. Also, a woman's breasts normally swell so padding added to an oversized bra would be used.
Faking the umblical cord would probably best be done with sausage casing (the intestine of sheep or pigs) which is sold for making sausage at home. In fact, sausage loosely placed in the casing (not packed as it is for sausage) and massaged into place would probably be good for faking. Some makeup would probably have to be applied because I believe the casing is darker than the blood filled umbilical cord.
The delivery of the baby would presumably require a specially prepared bed to provide a trapdoor below the actresses buttocks to supply the baby doll although if the woman were properly draped, it could come in by slight of hand. It could also be stored in the puff.
