In the laboratory its called absolute alcohol.

If you take ablsolute alcohol and expose it to the atmosphere it will naturally absorb water from the atmosphere and become thus the easiest pure alcohol to make is 180 proof, 90%.

Absolute alcohol is harder to make and thus more expensive. It's 200 proof, 100% alcohol.

Alcohol being ethyl alcohol, ethanol, drinking alcohol.

When ethanol is produced it can only be 95% alcohol. After it is distilled so that it is 100% it is called absolute alcohol.
