A friend who had had skin cancer had a doctor who said it doesn't get better than 8, but not matter what level, you need to keep it fresh! Re-apply often.

I also have sensitive skin. I do not wearing anything under spf 30. I love coppertone oilfree sunblck and neutrogena ultra sheer the best. I wear it pretty much anytime I am going to be in the sun. Whether I am gardening or going to a ball game.

well anything less than spf15 is useless, god know why health authoritise allow the companies sell sunscreen under spf 15. and anything over 30 is no good either since anything over 30 provides very little more than what spf30 provides.
Try SHEISEDO spf 30 it is light lotion which won't give you a break out plus it doesnot leave a white cast on your face.

the number of SPF u have....thts how many mins u can stay protected from the sun. The more SPF the better, i prefer coppertone sunblock lotion
