3 months ago i moved away i was sick of life in my town, trouble at home with my dad since my mum left, a brother from hell, and a boyfriend who i loved for years but who has no ambition and cannot give me what i want. I moved, and on my own made loads of friends, got a very cool job, met guys who can give me what i want and need, but somethin inside has drawn me home, i have came back and miss the city i moved to so much. There are no oppertunitys for me here, it is full of memorys and i feel i have gone backwards, but the guy i moved back for i have loved for 8years through so much awful things no guy ever beats the love i have for him. so i have to choose, career go back to the bug city which i love or stay here in the city i hate but stay with the man i love? i have amazin friends in both cities but i need to do this for me .... please help x x

The guy has his own house here and will not leave and has no will to leave so taking him with me is not an option. I really have to choose him or the new city i love. its sooo hard.

I think anyone who is strong enough and brave enough to make it on their own like you have shouldn't have too much problem making the right choice.
You have my utmost respect for making it work like you have, many others would blame the world for their situation and ask 'what can I do?' but you have got up off your bum and made it happen.

Ok this is from TOTAL experience. The man that I love very much was the same way. We lived in a town that had nothing there for us or my two boys. He didnt want to move on so I did. I was miserable even tho I had a wonderfull job and really good people that I enjoyed being around but something was missing. I moved back and I was just as miserable. I explained to him that I was not happy where I was but I wanted him in my life and couldnt see anyone taking his place. He agreed with me and we moved to the City that I chose and we both have great jobs! My boys love it because they have so many other things to do. We are financially great and we are to be married this summer in June. This is a long story made short because it is within 3 years this all happened. I hope this helps with your decision a little bit more. You have to find it within yourselves what you both can agree on. It will either work out or it wont. Its messed up but thats how love and life work. Take Care and sometimes your gutt instincts are better than what your heart and your head are telling you. But never rule those out because without em you will not be the caring person that you are today.

Create some Ambition in the man that you love. Let him know that there is a World outside of what he knows and you can show it to him if he Loves you enough to let you guide the way.
Don't restrict your own life simply to suit him, seek happiness in all areas of your life. It's an old saying but TRUE. There are plenty more fish in the Sea of Life & Love. What if you stay and continue with your unhappy feelings. Try and start a new life with this man if you want but if you have to, BREAK FREE and create a new life for yourself and love will surely follow into your happier HEART.

You have accomplished so much this far. I can see there is clear evidence that you can live a fulfilling life without the need of any man, so I wonder if you can see it as well.
You are doing such a great job moving ahead on so many levels , so I don't understand why you want to go backwards to fill one single small space in your life, when to do that you will have to open up a huge void.
He won't complete your life for you, no man can. You need to do that, & you are doing it in your new home.

You said that you love him, does he really love you. If YES then he should go with you to the city, and start a future together. Instead of lazing about or else you,ll regret ever coming back for him.
