thank you, we spend billions there when there are schools that are falling apart here in our country, before we go trying to subdue and force our ways on someone else we need to fix whats going on here, you have single moms who are working fulltime and arent able to take care of and properly keep the house up, my mom stays home and keeps the house clean and makes sure she is actually parenting us. what happened to the days when fathers worked while women kept the house up and took care of kids, i understand that women want to have careers too, but why not work part time. if u ask me being at home can be a full time job. but if u want to make it in this world u cant work part-time, its sad how something have changed for the worse

You didn't do very well in school did you? There is a spell checking feature available you know. It is necessary for American security in the coming big war for us to have a safe base of operation in the middle east. Saddam was threatening his neighbors with his weapons and his defiance of the 17 UN resolutions he ignored. I think Iraq should repay the war debt but that wont happen. Radical Muslims (Al Quaida) and others have a plan to take over the whole region and weaken America and the rest of the world through the control of the oil in the middle east. They plan to eventually overtake the world. I heard an interview with a senior Al Quiada strategist who discussed this topic. He said there were many blue eyed operatives in the US already. Also this man spoke English with no accent. I think he is also in the US. He said many of their soldiers were educated here also. Make no mistake they are in this for the long haul and they don't mind a few dead along the way. Liberal, peace at all cost people need to not be in control of policy. We cannot make peace with them they want us all dead.

Probably some good in terms of general consciousness. Maybe the general electorate will stop and think before voting in Gung- ho John Wayne clone type presidents in the future. Maybe they will think beyond simplistic jingoism when considering their vote.. The war in Iraq is doing severe damage to the people of Iraq and to the soldiers and families of the soldiers who are carrying out the misguided badly thought out policies(and I use that word advisedly) of the democratically elected cowboy that is George Bush and his toy poodle Tony Blair...

War never makes sense, but, it is a part of life that sometimes must be dealt with. The military gets a small amount of the US budget every year. Would you suggest we just stay home and wait for the knock on the door ?
