On Football Manager 2007 a great Goalkeeper is Igor Akinfeev. Billy Jones is a bargain from Crewe. Tomas Sivok, Sergio Ramos, Nuri Sahin, Simon Vukcevic, Momo Sissoko, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Stanley Aborah, Ryan Babel, Micah Richards, Edinho and Lukas Podolski are all very good players and young enough to improve and grow with your team. Also try my mates cousin Nicky Maynard from Crewe.

on football manager 2007 it depends on who you are but i once bought eddie johnson (a usa international) for man utd he cost me 2.6m then saha got injured so put him in and he just kept scoring and won golden boot, euro striker of the year prem top goal scorer and player of the year.
if your a small team try augustine delgado, owen price, scott barron, keith lowe to name just a few
