Dale Carnegie's How to Stop Worrying and Start Living... it offers detailed strategies and heartwarming stories of self-improvement.

It all really depends on what you're into what the best self help EVER is, and since I'm into writing, I'll give my reasons for my favorite writing guide.

Description by Monica Wood in the Elements of Fiction Writing series. The entire series has been helpful, but as description is the most win or lose element in a book, so it takes the cake.

It tells of how much description would be needed in what situations, loads of examples, and reader friendly suggestions. Just when reading the first chapter it suggested to stop worrying so much about the detail in the first draft and to focus on getting the story down. That alone gave me more confediance in the reason I should keep writing.

this book was a great help with me in high school. when as you know all teens tend to be in why? am i depressed Why? is everyone better, prettier, or a guy does not like me attitiude.

this book explores the reason why we feel bad and depressed. I guess most people feel that it is something that happen to you that started that feeling or something you did that makes you depressed.
You spend countless time and energy trying to figure out what when wrong so you can make your life better.
This of course leads to feelings of inadequacy and low self esteem.
The book explores why we feel bad and the lack of a feel good hormone. Serotonin is a hormone emmited from the brain to make us feel better. Lack of serotonin makes us feel non happy or depressed, anxiety ridden or addited to things that we think make us feel better, food, no food, drugs. alchol . when insed it is this lack of a neurotransmitting hormone that influences us to feel this way about our life.

So in understanding i am not a falt you can take charge of your like and make it better and improve your well being knowing that you will secceed in your quest for a happier feeling and life
