I can not stand people who are too nice. It makes them look so fake. People who are too serious are necessary in my job because we are there to make major decisions all day long. Children depend on our decisions. It's ok for someone too serious to lighten up a little though.

people who are too nice. At least they would make an attempt to laugh at some jokes instead of being dead serious all the time.

"Too" is always above the normal, so I'd like more a normal one, serious and nice.
