I wonder how to learn super caculations with mind..

I can do under 100 squared and under 30 cubed in my mind...

but what I want to learn is how to do under 10000 squared and cubed....I think that will be cool..

anyone has any idea where can I learn that?

or how can I learn it?

The only way is practice. Go back to the basics of arithmetic and try to learn the unifying concepts. Apply them by timing yourself.

To obtain 10000 squared or cubed may be easy,since it is 10^4 squared or cubed which is 10^8 and 10^12 respectively. The point to note which is important is as under. Our mind or psyche which we have got is very precious. We must not clutter our memory which must be used to store only important issues. Where you can use a calculator you must. Concepts and important ideas you must store in our mind and not routine issues. For routine issues use your hand held or personal data assistant.

FIRST:-
WRITE
99 -1(TAKE 100 AS A WHOLE NUMBER.SUBRACT 1 99 AS IT IS 1 LESS THAN 100)

=9801(SINCE 99 -1 =98,1X1 =1,WE HAVE TO GET FOUR DIGITS SINCE THE NUMBERS ARE FOUR IN NUKMBER.SO WE ADDED A ZERO IN BETWEEN 98_1
FINDING:-
92 X 95
92 - 8
95 - 5(cross subract.92 - 5 and 95 - 8 is equal to 87.so the first 2 digits are 2 and next 2 digits are 8 x5 =40
therefore the number is 8740
finding 4 digit
9999^2
9999 -1
9999 -1
9998000001(since the count of all the numbers is 10 we have added 5 zeros in between 9998 and 1

First, use factoring. 30 cubed is 3 cubed times 10 cubed, or 27 times 1000, or 27000.

Next, use scientific notation. (3x10^1) cubed is 3 cubed times 10^3 or 27000.

Next, use approximations. 31 cubed is somewhat more than 30 cubed.

If you want to preserve integer accuracy, practice! You will be limited by the capability of your short term memory to retain the intermediate results.
