But for this you have to get a security pass at the parliament....normally any body who can establish his identity is given a pass but things are easier if you get a recommendation from your M.P....Anynway you can try with a photo ID ..a voter's ID / PAN card are readily accepted..
But check before you plan.

You can, but you have to get a pass through your local area m.p., or any other m.p., known to you. you can sit in the visitors gallery and watch the proceedings of the day.

you can visit the parliment by getting permission from your local M.P (in writing). and also from the parliment commenty. you can only visit when the session is goinig on.
