i might get the two sturdy steel Blue or Cotton candy Neon Blue. dark Blue is only too undeniable. As for the place, do not die your total head blue, that would desire to look strange, do only your bangs or highlights like how your blonde is carried out. good success with it :D

any colour looks good any time of the year as long as the person keeps their hair shiny and tidy...I have dark hair and I love the summer cus it turns deep red in the sun :D

I have blonde hair, too, but I like brunette hair because that has alot of different shades that I really like, too. Though I am happy with my hair, too. :)
