Unfortunately once your pores are enlarged there is nothing you could do to make them smaller. However, you could keep them clean but a good care routine.
A beauty therapist suggested that some of the products I used may have been blocking my pores, I changed and it worked, so perhaps that is something you may want to try. Is the moisturiser right for your skin? Is the make-up you are using clogging your pores? Oils and animal derivatives as well as chemicals in skin products cause skin to be clogged and sensitive / oily.

Facials woud help, I suggest dermalogica as they devide your skin into 14 different zones and the creams really do help your skin.

Drinking more water will definitly help. I would also say you should wash your face with hot/warm water and dove soap. Don't scrub, gently clense. Rinse your face, and then turn the water to cold. Splashing cold water on your face will tighten up your pores and make them look smaller.
