Hm mm... this looks like an oxymoron.
However, there is lie and lie. A half-Truth, is it Truth or lie?
There is a famous quote by Margaret Thatcher, when the Profumo scandal (*) aroused. She told him (Profumo) "You did not lie, but you were economical with Truth".
(*) At the height of the cold war in the early 60s, as the established order was challenged as never before, Britons paid rapt attention to a sordid little affair which involved a cabinet minister, a showgirl and a Soviet naval attache.

No truth exists in a lie. Always tell the truth-that way you never have to remember anything.

Yes. Because of the reason the lie was told in the first place and also, sometimes, because the person telling the lie really believes it to be true.

Yes, the lie is more interesting and gives more information. Such as the reason behind the lie, the person's character, what they wish to conceal.

I don't really know... But did you know this: The best liar is the one that tells 90% truth. That's absolutely correct because then it's harder to find out the truth because you can only find out 10% of it.
