Hm mm... this looks like an oxymoron.
However, there is lie and lie. A half-Truth, is it Truth or lie?
There is a famous quote by Margaret Thatcher, when the Profumo scandal (*) aroused. She told him (Profumo) "You did not lie, but you were economical with Truth".

(*) At the height of the cold war in the early 60s, as the established order was challenged as never before, Britons paid rapt attention to a sordid little affair which involved a cabinet minister, a showgirl and a Soviet naval attache.

Yes, the lie is more interesting and gives more information. Such as the reason behind the lie, the person's character, what they wish to conceal.

I don't really know... But did you know this: The best liar is the one that tells 90% truth. That's absolutely correct because then it's harder to find out the truth because you can only find out 10% of it.

i think so, because every lie is based on some truth. it's because the world is founded on good not evil. even in evil there is some good.
