OK, be honest, where would you prefer to live...UK or Pakistan, India, Somalia or maybe North Korea?
I would probably do the same if it was legal, and you would want to improve your life too, if you were on the same level!
Oh, and by the way, where do you go on your holidays? probably not Southport or Blackpool! Get on with your life, you cannot change anything anyway!
I understand what you are saying and I think it is a great shame. Also I do not find it good that immigrants take their status for granted, bite the hands that feed them and make little effort to integrate etc, but as I said before, this will not help either.
As one of the biggest colonial powers, we can expect this situation today and we have to just learn how to live with everything in an honourable and suitable manner(which does not mean accepting everything of course). I am married to a Philippina and I have learnt to be patient. The culture differences are huge, and one cannot expect everything all at once!
What should be done, wihich I would also support, would be the immediate transfer (back to their countries), for all those that break the law or are/have been involved in crime and terrorism!
I live in Switzerland since 1983 and I would love to return to England to live. Come over to Swtizerland and I will show you around, things are not always the way they seem. Switzerland is being absolutely overrun from "leeches", from the balkan countries and former Yugoslavia and the organized crime has reached an all-time high!
It is not just a problem in the UK, but a worldwide problem.
Hope you understand my standpoint!

though there is allot of truth that they get free hand outs,a house free medical, etc, other country wouldn't allow this.
fact why most come to England is because the we speak English which is the most spoken language in the world.they feel they have a bit of a head start.
so many of us emigrate because the cost of living in the UK,and the general well being of life in the UK and how its changed, cant you remember when you was a child and how things work.
moving abroad is a better life for most because of the fact that its cheaper to live on a pension over seas than here.
my own father moved to France, which was the last place in the world i thought he would move to,meaning him being British born and bread and proud.
country's got to pot.

I can tell you why I wanna move to London, I have been there. I think it is the coolest city I have ever been to, and I have been to many (I lived in New York City too). For a big city people are very friendly, there is lots to do. You can't miss with London, do you know how I should go about it?

Do you really have to ask this question!
They come here because: They get all the handouts our system allows and they never have to contribute a penny! They are usually given houses by jumping the housing lists that our countrymen and women have been waiting years for! They don't have to pay any council tax, are given housing benefit, clothing vouchers, shopping vouchers, mobile phones and access to interpreters because they can't be bothered to learn English! And all of this is paid for by YOU AND ME!
That is why they come here NOT for a better life but because they don't have to do anything initially to get a house and all the mod cons our illustrious government throws at them!
