I used to crash on the sofa in the day room of the retirement home where I was a secretary. Then one day an old lady beat me with a handbag, so I didn't do it again.

Yes. I've been fighting insomnia for a few months now. I work in manufacturing and my job requires some sit down time at a desk. Every day this week I fell asleep every time I sat down, and a few times when I stood still too long.(it is possible to sleep standing for a few seconds) I wasn't caught, but a coworker who's on pain meds fell asleep and they made him take medical leave. I can't afford time off, so I just hope they don't catch me.
One second I'm awake, next second I'm sound asleep.

I've fallen asleep at school and home(duh) but I can't fall asleep at work cuz I'm alwayz on my feet and i'll probably fall on my face in the middle of shelving books. Although I can fall into a deep daze.

Yes. Almost everyday. Well, not on those days that I work half day. And mind you, the boss is in the same room, so it's really difficult. I guess I'm just lucky I've mastered sleeping sitting up, just supporting my head so it wouldn't wobble. Sometimes I would sleep for 30 minutes, and I don't care if my co-workers can see me sleeping, I have to sleep, otherwise, I can't concentrate on my work.
