What will happen to their population.. Will this be reflected on the Demographic transition model? what will it look like?

Except for the Korean war, which has been in a permant truce for the past five decades, there are currently no wars going on in Asia.

In fact, the USA is the country that's currently losing more soldiers per day in the world. And Iraq the one that's losing the most civilians. Neither country is in Asia.

So what the Hell are you talking about?
