you can get mascaras almost everywhere in Singapore. Check out all shopping areas. Major brands like Clinique, Elizabeth Arden, Estee Lauder, Clarins they all carry them. But that will prob set you back like S$30 for a mascara. If you want reseonable n good mascara. YOu can try the shop name SaSa they have this mascara with fibres (from Japan) name is dejavu fiberwig. its less than S$20. you can also try Loreal or maybelinne its less than $20

mascaras can be found at watson's, NTUC, guardian parmacy & most major departmental stores islandwide. i use maybelline. it's good & very affordable.
