3) red symbolizes the heart, blood, or power, or love (the chakra--sp?)
4) black symbolizes evil, death to me, but in other cultures it represents good--e.g. yin-yang. white in that symbol is evil, black in that symbol represents good. and you know, when anyone wears a little black dress or all black outfit, it can, based on the occasion and the style, mean either mourning or class. e.g. a black tie event
