Put in in a clothes dryer on low heat with an old (clean) sneaker. The sneaker will break up the clumps of down feathers in the coat.

Since a down feathered coat is an expensive item, I would suggest that you take it to a dry cleaner and have them work their magic rather than trying to fix it yourself.

always wash and dry your down coats and comforters with your sneakers. It fluff's up the feathers

wash, hang upsidedown to dry, when coat is particially dry, shake it hard, like fluffing it.....then before drying it complete...put in dryer with sneakers. goodluck
