As far as I know there is no legal copies of that tune for sale for the bagpipes.

I was surprised this has been even played on the bagpipes, but apparently it was played by The Edinburgh Military Tattoo in Scotland. (Definitely aimed at the tourists!)

I don't know how good it would sound playing solo. Sometimes transposed tunes like this require harmonies in parts to cover for notes that the can't be achieved in the Great Highland Bagpipes scale.

The only way you are going to get it is by finding someone who has an unofficial copy of the tune. You could ask the Tattoo:

I won't say I fell in love yet i began out liking a guy who replaced into 22 years senior to me. He replaced into married and had little ones.
