Courage is not the absence of fear.
Courage is the ability to operate in spite of fear.

Fear is the energy to operate effectively in a new or different situation.
Fear causes the senses to become more acute. Adrenaline is released into the bloodstream. You become supercharged with energy and strength. Reflexes are quicker and fine tuned. Your eyes sparkle with brilliance and your mind becomes sharp and quick.

Fear is nothing to fear.
Enjoy the energy.

Well, whenever I need to escape from my fear
I just jump in my car and d r i v e l i k e t h e d e v i l w a s a f t e r m e .
S o m e t i m e s i t w o r k s t o o.

Or maybe its not Just me
maybe we Both get lost.
Anyway, there's nothing better than barreling down the road, screaming, "SOMEBODIES AFTER ME"!

Really raises an appetite.

After a big lunch, I just lazily enjoy the ride back home. Ah, nothing better!

I used to stay at home; daydreaming the most horrible things; for hours really. Got quite good at it actually. Felt like Stephen King had taken over my body and wouldn't shut up. Hated that part.

I used to pinch myself; make sure I was awake. I DO bruise so easily though. I stopped after the Ben Gay ran out and I tried Vick's vaporub instead. Broke right out in big hives. Cats wouldn't come near me either. Hated that. The little ones all had dry noses for a week. Poor things!

So now, I get out for a good scream; have a shoutin match to beat the band! And if I'm a little hoarse then there's always a package store around. Best to buy two, I say, save the trip, right?

Great naps, great naps. I have absolutely no fear of naps! Hate the headaches though. Ooooh.
Best thing for a headache? Take a nap! My how time flies too. Then its off to bed, eh?

Sweet dreams to ya!

The only way I know is to face the fear head on. Stay calm and rationalize by asking what is the worse thing that can happen here? Usually the imagination takes hold and projects unwanted images to create the initial fear. When you remain calm and start logically thinking about what is happening, your fear won't show and you will be able to talk yourself out of what is bothering you about any given situation. Make no mistake, this takes practice but the method is worth the time and energy involved.

you have two questions here;1st: you escape fear by facing it head on and beating it back into the ground where it belongs, and you are the better for it; 2nd: Not showing fear is often prudent, but that doesn't mean you aren't afraid, I am reminded of a well known highly successful musician who had stage fright so bad he was to the point of vomiting, but he successfully put it aside and put on the most fantastic show, including a very popular TV show that he and his sister had for several years

No escape. The more we try to hide, the more it shows. Sometime showing fear do no harm to us. Let the other party think that you are 'weak' while you buy time to think of a solution to turn it around. We should try to learn to face our fears. Have faith and you will manage. In experience, the more I try to escape, the more fear I have. Get it over and done with!! Gather all your intelligence and guts to face and chase FEAR away! Give it a try and you will slowly find that FEAR will keep a distance from you.

Fear is nothing to escape, its something to understand, than to release.

If you feel afraid of something, than try to understand where it came from, why are you afraid of it, than find out how other people with the fear of the same thing have released the negative feelings.

Fear is nothing to be ashamed of, its your mind merely trying to protect you.
If you have had bad relationships, and youre afraid of them, that is your mind trying to save you from feeling the pain again. It is only there to protect you, but it can hold you back.

Figure out why you have the fear, find a way to release it, and find a way to be ok should something bad happen to you inspite of it.

Well, you're not supposed to be searching for ways of how to escape from your fear but for ways to face your fear and actually get over it. If you want your fear to not show then just face it, it seems hard but then the worse will be over, think of how good this will feel.

we all fear something but the degree varies .i would say mostly we fear not to be accepted by others , losing a lover(or something we love) We also fear things we don't know about our future ,evil spirits . i would say identify what you fear and look for answers in order to overcome it
