i had to identify the body of my older brother today.with my parents.its been in the news and in the papers.they say he stabbed her and then himself,all because she is female and she was a policewoman.i met her once.she was nice and i liked her.but i refuse to believe that my brother intended to harm her then himself.my mind is all over the place.i have only just stopped crying.as i am typing this my parents are making a statment to the police.i loved my brother.he was no monster.if you see the headlines about it,please dont pass judgement on him.he was the most caring guy i ever knew.he and his girlfriend will both be dearly missed.

Soulson, I feel for you. Right now what you need to do most is to take care of business at hand wich is grieving for your brother. Your parents are relying on your strength as much as you are needing them. I know that you're confused about the details and what really happened but until you finish the grieving process, you aren't going to be able to think clearly and objectively anout any of it. I know it hurts but you have to give it some time and let the detectives sort out the facts. Take care of yourself and your family. Together you all will be able to get through this.

This is very sad situation. I am very sorry for your loss, and the stress your family, and his girlfriends family are going through. This is not an uncommon thing unfortunately these days, and really no logical explaination as to why this has to happen. Your parents must be going through hell right now, and that is the double tragedy when something like this happens, the ones left behind suffer so badly. I can't imagine the mood in your home right now. Very sorry for your loss.......sincerely

sorry about your brother i have seen it on the news and i did see that the police said they wasn't looking for any 1 else. I never pass judgement by what the papers say, I am sorry you are having to go through with this, it must be really hard for you and you're family. I am sure the truth about what happened will eventually come out, all I can say is be strong and support you're parents through this ordeal

You have my sympathy ,and i do know how you feel. My older brother shot his estranged wife and her boyfriend 17 years ago near Christmas time. He just got out of prison last month after spending 16years and 8 months there. He is still my brother and i love him,but i can remember the pain and the shame of that awfull time of so long ago. I'm soooo sorry that something like this has happened to you but to be honest if your brother really loved his girlfriend then I think that someone else has done this to them. If I see anything I will not think anything of your brother becuase I think the papers just put a load of crap in just for a story

I'm so sorry. What a horrible thing to have your family go through.
Whatever happened, you are learning a valuable lesson - that you shouldn't judge anyone based on their worst act (intentional or unintentional). Every person has good and bad parts to them. Take this from this experience.

Personally, I dont think all details have been released by the police, i think someone else is involved. I have seen it in the papers and on the news
