It sounds like you have a gelding!!!
When a horse is gelded they often make a strange sound - it comes from air which is caught within where his bits once were!
Its nothing to worry about! xx

Depends where the rattling is comoing from, some geldings make a strange noise at speed, kind of from their gut and this is normal, but if it's through his breathing you need to get him checked out. And as someone else said he could be over-reaching or forging,at his age this can usually be corrected with training, but use over reach boots and ask the farrier to trim back his toes on his hind feet

You have to figure out where the noise is coming from. If its his feet then tell the farrier so he can fix them, and get him overreach boots. If its his back end then clean his sheath.
But if its his wind get an experienced person to give you an opinion, if its normal blowing its not a problem but if its more serious he'll need to see a vet. Their nostrils make a noise when they breath through them in a certtain way.

Nope their is nothing bad about it. Its is kind of like a horse panting. You shouldn't stop him when e does scince its normal and all and doesn't make him tired. When he REALLY starts sweating thats when you should stop. This happens to 7 out of 10 horses.
