I bought a new finedrive 350 GPS unit for 200$ which has a 1 year replacement warranty. I turned it on according to the instructions, but it keeps complaining that no GPS signal is available even out on the road. I have bee trying to contact their customer care by phone/email from last 7 days, but they never answer or call back. Looks like I have been suckered for 200$. Thought there might be people here who might have faced this problem. Aybody know how I can get through their customer care or fix this thing? Can i sue them? Somebody help

Sounds like you have a defective unit. Can you return it to the place you bought it and get another? If not, keep trying customer care... someone will answer eventually. Keep in mind that we just passed through the holiday season and zillions of GPS devices were sold. It is a very hectic time for customer support people.

Good luck!
