It depends on the party...but it's usualy very casual. As a guy, I would wear jeans and a polo shirt or something like that. Girls get a little more dressy. They might wear jeans and some kind of cool top and jewlery. Hope this helps.

there is no one type of American party
there are lots of different types of parties
it really depends on the type of party what you would wear

yeah,they al are same,drinking dancing,enjoying,having sex,they dress like the partys logo/event,like halloween party,teenparty etc.

if it's formal- a nice dress and shoes

Any party that I have is come as you are.
The way I see it is that clothes do not make the party, It is the people that are there.
