Just about everywhere I have read has stated after the age of 35 fertility significantly decreases.

The myth that a woman's fertility "drops off" at a certain age has been debunked. It is now known that a woman's fertility is at its height in her early-mid 20s and decreases from there.
Most doctors consider a pregnancy in a woman over 35 as "high risk", but that is more because of the increased risk of birth defects that come from later-life pregnancies.

At age 35 genetic disorders increase by 200% & hormone levels begin changing to move toward the "big" change.
I just went through all of these things (I'm 36 & my son is 4 mos old)

after sex-put a pillow under your butt or prop your feet up on the wall so your pelvis is tilted
eat healthy
back off caffiene
workout, even if its just a 20 minute walk a day, be active.

When a woman gets to late thirties it gets harder to conceive naturally and there's more risks involved in getting pregnant.
