Can you still get poisoned even if you swallowed just a little of a poisonous substance like dishwashing soap, maybe just a dollop of it? Or is there a certain amount you have to take in for it to really matter?

A little bit won't hurt......A lot will cause serious gastrointestinal problems. Even just a small amount of any type of soap causes diarrhea. That's why you should never wash a child's mouth out with soap.

that stuff won't kill you; make you sick to your stomach if you swallow enough of it. but it will make your stomach lemony fresh and soft to touch.
