Only 2 cars spring to mind Citroen AX and the Axiam which is a small two seat car made in France about the same size as a Smart car

I live in spain and they are everywhere because they can be driven on a motorbike licence.They are a pain plodding along at 30 kph. olso very expensive to buy.

yes that is correct i know that here in spain road leagal not sure for uk thogh?
made in france 2 cylender diesel engine not very quick
