Can u tell me what they do at high school try-outs fer tennis?(9th grade) I dont really play any other sports so i dont know what try outs are.
But dont worry i have 2 more years. If you're wondering why im asking so soon is so i have time to get ready

im a freshman and i didnt no what to expect for tennis tryouts either. they probably have u do some basic groundstrokes, volleys, back hand ground strokes, maybe some serves, overheads and they'll probably make u run alot.

you play tennis against someone or some people, and based on the skills they decide whether they want you on the team or not.... whats the difference between a tennis tryout and a tryout in any other sport?

maybe get lessons... practice your volleys, serves, teamwork, just everyposition on the court
also when you are at tryouts just always be postive, talk to the coach ask her what you should do... and keep your raquet up even if your just standing around.
