ok if souls get reincarnated again and again,how there was only less than a billion people walkin this planet...and now more than six billion....where do the new people come from and from where and how do they get their karma...like gud karma and bad karma n stuff....

To answer your question about the population,
Life does not only exist on planet earth my mate. Planet earth, our solar system, the milky way are just extremely small parts in the universe. Factors like karma, death and reincarnation is not unique only to planet earth. So when you die, your reincarnation might happen in some other planet on a far corner of the universe.
And if you believe it or not, there also exists non-physical planes of life. (some people call it heaven and hell, but its not quite so simple as that. and they are not eternal as some people beleive)
So if someone dies his rebirth could happen in anyone of those places. Of course the ("soul" is not the correct word to use, but lets stick with it for now) soul has the chance of making a choice about where to be reborn. But that choice is somewhat limited. It depends a lot on the person's karma and a whole lot of other factors. (my English knowledge in this area is not sufficient to describe them properly)
So to put it frank, life does not only exist in planet earth and humans are not the only species on earth who experience karma and reincarnation. That answers the increase in population i hope.

The trick to that is what each person believes. I happen to believe is that not EVERY soul is reincarnated. I believe that reincarnation can be by choice (for a soul to find resolution), and that reincarnation is also a learning process. Once a soul has found redemption, it is able to rest. Since not every soul is reincarnated, new souls can also be born. It's all a matter of what is in your heart and what you believe. No one knows if it's even true. It's actually not even really a belief, it's just a thought, and idea, a peace of mind.
As far as "getting" karma, for example a Klansman may come back as an African American...(Just an example, please dont get angry...)
Those are just my ideas, I am still trying to peace it all together. I don't know the answers yet, so that's why I am still alive!

I don't believe in karma but I would like to answer your question.
Consciousness exists in the here and now, there is no past and there is no future, it only looks like it to us. Consciousness/spirits/souls all manifest at once, here and now.
There is always a give and take going on because we are all one but there is no "punishment" or "reward" for our actions. Simply the give and take between us all. Every single action affects each and every one of us. I believe that is what most people mistakenly believe to be "karma".
We all create our own individual realities but as a bigger whole we create our bigger reality in which we live.
So, to answer your question, there is not a larger amount of souls now than in the past...there is the same amount. At certain "times" (matters of focus only) there have been more and there have been less but they ALL exist at THIS MOMENT.

It would take more space than alotted here to explain the answer to you but there are new incarnation coming into the Planet at various evolutionary time periods or dispensations as it termed.
Earth , the class room, for this Solar system was never intended to accomodate but approx. 2.5 billion people at any given time. The new lifestreams come from the Realms of Light.
Since many lifestreams have flunked there lessons/initations (because of rebellion) there are an excess of souls remaining here until they can graduate (master the laws of life) and move on.

Karma mean Action. There are 3 types of action:physical,vocal and mental. Mental action is the most important because everything start from your mind. vocal and physical action are projections of mental action. You think then you speak or you act.

You receive good and karma by your intentions to those around you. If you wish someone ill, thats bad karma. Thats an example. If you do good may it be just in intentions, you receive good karma. Its a cycle. We are always reincarnated.

We know that the single cell organism multiplies by division.
How can we be sure that during reincarnation people do not take more number of forms , being TOO EAGER to at once fulfill their pile-up of desires of last birth ! And, what prevents a lesser living form to evolve into higher forms during its reincarnation (a logical vice-versa too !) . All these would be mere here-say, or a blind belief, easily discarded by logical minds. But, the possibility to KNOW is available only to a person who attempts to deepen his/her perception beyond the sense organ levels. No amount of intense scientific research can yield any result, because we would still be stuck to just the sensory perception levels !
