I know for sure that I am an amazing stunning woman.
I know for sure the sun rises in the east and sets in the west
I know for sure that the the world is on self destruct mode
I know for sure that time moves ever forward
I know for sure I love the sun
I know for sure the ocean is powerful, peaceful, salty, and wonderous
I know for sure that violence is never okay

According to high-faluting philosophers we cannot be sure of anything - but life would be a grim experience if we lived by that idea. We have to be sure ourselves of many things to make existence bearable. Constant uncertainty is total stress.
