A condom is considered very good for preventing AIDS. Very good but not perfect. Condoms break sometimes. Its rare but it can happen. I think the failure rate is about 5 per-cent, so its better than nothing but not perfect. You have to wear it right, put it on right, I think some kinds of lubricants can damage them.

Condom is not 100% safe to prevent AIDS as small wounds and germs may infect you.
Better not to go to call girls

It's the closest thing to being safe

Reality, sex workers have a very low infection rate

If you consider that the condom is permiable to 10 microns, and the aids virus is 6 microns, then you can easily realize that the aids virus will penetrate the condom easily. Those poor girls!

No, a condom will not "prevent" the spread of HIV/AIDS. It will only "help prevent" infection. You have choosen some very dangerous women to have sex with...why?

the only sure prevention is abstinence. if that's not your thing, condoms are the next best thing to practice safe sex. i'm rather firm on this---refrain from anal sex. i'm hetero and still won't even consider this. the germs, bacteria, etc. in this region of the body is too extensive for me to even consider.
