A soulmate is a co-traveller soul, whose growth paths are inter-twined and sometimes crisscrossing ours.

A soulmate would make our soul flourish into its greatest possibilities as human being.

A soulmate does not need to appear as a relationship of deep love or affection though it can certainly lead one, provided we receive such relationships with humility and above all gratitude.

They have lots they need to teach us before we can reach that level of gratitude.

The mission of a soulmate is to empower us and that can be in two ways, first by being our strength or support system and another by pushing us to reach within and discover our individual or personal strength.

Both kinds of soul mates are essential in our life journey and to accept them with gratitude and humility is the most empowering way to go about the journey of life.

We have many soulmates who come in our lives at appropriate times when we need to learn a particular lesson during our lifetime. They come into our lives bearing those very lessons.

Sometimes most healing or painful relationships begin as relationships of great love or affection, before they allow those painful lessons to unfold for ourselves. Such relationships are the hardest to let go as they are bound by a sacred contract of love and mutual learning, and that continues to bind us together till we free ourselves by learning in humility and gratitude.

That is why some soulmates are difficult to live with as they make sure that you learn all that you have to from them and in turn from life itself. A soul mate has an intrinsic calling to push us to limits of lightness by making us aware of our darkness.

Simply put, the person who irritates us the most is actually doing just that for us, by making us aware of all that we need to accept in ourselves, it is helping us evolve into a better or simply a more loving human being.

I have many soulmates, we all tend to run in packs. It is my twin flame that I have finally encountered in this life time. That is extreamly rare. We we finally met again... My soul knew it more than my mind. It was like... I finally found you again, I missed you so much. I picked her up... spun her arround three times and smiled on the inside as well as on the outside.
The Twin Flame originates from the same One Essence which was created by Father/Mother God from the Ocean of Love. That One Essence divided itself into two exactly equal and opposite intonations in order to experience form. It is important to make the distinction between a Twin Flame and a soulmate. There exists only one pair of partners who are Twin Flames which is not a disposable union ... for the Essence of it can never truly be replaced with another mate. Contrarily, soulmates come in many different forms and different intonations ... for a soulmate is anyone with whom you have had a past life experience.

Their bond strengthened every day. They never waivered in their love for one another , and vowed that in the next life that they would find one another and be together - one way or another, and that with the Goddess Vishnu's help, in only this life would they be separated. For 4 score an 7 years did their love sustain them, until the Prince, (long since Rajah), sucumbed to Pneumonia, and died in Court, that very day the Princess Took her Own life to find her Prince in the next life. And so they did find one another in the next life, for their souls were co-joined for eternity, their love was so strong - their sacrifice for one another so great, that Budda let the lovers remain so for eternity.

And I believe that it is so today. I think that a lucky few do have a soul mate out there, and if we are lucky, we may not only just cross paths one day, we may realize that we are destined to be together, and if we have the good sense and courage to follow our hearts we may find the perfect love that will sustain us through the ages.
