Frozen shoulder does not clear up in two months....it usually takes much longer...sometimes up to two years. My feeling is that you may have had a bad case of tendonitis or a partial rotator cuff tear and that it was pain that was inhibiting your movement, not capsular adhesions. If this is the case, resuming weight lifting should be done very cautiously and slowly and done in a completing pain-free range of motion. Starting with exercises that assist with the control of the scapula can usually be done without any consequence...rows, pull downs, etc...followed by triceps and biceps...returning to foward lateral raises and anything that creates shear across the acromioclavicular joint (chest press, military press, etc) should be avoided until symptoms have been completely resolved for quite sometime. It would probably be best to consult with your therapist or orthopedist.

There are some spelling blunders or like the incorrect observe in the incorrect place, exceedingly in the letter. no longer many nevertheless. i think of the letter is in certainty blaming Eli for inflicting her dying, so Eli might could desire to experience responsible approximately it and practice how responsible he feels and that's somewhat propose of Angel to blame a boy for her dying. even nevertheless, that's fairly good :) carry on
