for abour 7 years of my newly joined job ,I used to work nearly 6.00am to 6.00pm not so sharp about the mentioned time factor but the total duration of work used to be nearly 12 hours a day with almost no holiday. But after this tedious schedule I am totally exhausted and went into a deep depression .Now i am realising one has to work for maxm. 8 hours a day and enjoy the rest with family and friends .

4 or 5 hours an afternoon, or approximately 25 hours each and every week. could be a great interest, top up there with mattress tester, Novel information reader, or eating place critic. i'm no longer too grasping. i'd desire to stay properly on 2000 to 2500 each and every week.

ILO recommends at least 10 hours of rest per day,
and not less than 77 hours of rest per week.
(note 7 hours more per week)

when you are dedicated and love, respect your work there will be no limit.
when people work only for money when dont get extra money when work more the dont work more than 8 eight hours
people who work for cant work more they will do anything even crime for money deviating rules and regulations/ norms
