I'd say the way they're betting.
If someone is not playing alot of hands and folds alot after the turn then suddenly raises pre-flop and bets or raises after the turn, chances are good he/she has a hand. Watch the way your
opponents are betting and look at them when they're betting.
Chances are they do something different when they have a hand
vs. when they're trying to buy the pot.

I'm a tournament director for the Amateur Poker League and some ways to catch tells is body language, the way they talk during there hand, if they stare at your chips then most likely they have something good, if they stare at you there daring you to call which means they probably don't have much. it just takes time and patience to study the people your playing.

Watch their hands. Peoples' hands shaking if there's a big pot or they're making a big bet usually means they have a monster hand and are nervous you won't call, or excited about the money they are about to win.

I probably don't know much but what to look for in their eyes is if they're staring down it means they have something good.

If they take deep breaths they must have something bad...

If they seem chilled out or relaxed, then probably it means they have something good.
