No but I used to. It's amazing how not eating right can affect you like that sometimes. I take fish oil omega 3 capsules. That is food for the brain. It is the best thing you can do for your brain. I've heard that people who get Alzheimer's, their brain stops producing a certain protein that it needs to keep functioning and fish oil, especially omega 3 oils keep the brain clear and producing that protein. And you know, every time I find out someone I know has Alzheimer's I ask them or their relatives if the person ate fish and in every instance so far the answer has been no.
