The best way to learn both of those skills are to set up little still life scenes in your house somewhere and practice, practice, practice. If you get stuck, try looking at your drawing in a mirror, hold it up to the mirror. Sometimes that helps you see the flaws. Otherwise, you learn to draw by doing it.

first of all join a private drawing class which teach u elementary, but merely joining is not enough, on your own practise for 2/3 hours daily, keep separate sketch book with date on each page, ,,, then try to join recognised school of arts, here also u will have to practise for 2/3 hours daily, show your sketches to your teacher on and off and ask for his comments.. don't feel hurt on frank comments no one is perfect ,,,,, and u r are learner... lot of artist of fame are criticised in news papers ... they don't mind .. it...determination and devotion is required when u venture to ..start any thing new... pl write your city/town
