The answer to both questions is a resounding YES

I haven't seen any priests involved in politics, speaking for Roman Catholics that is. I'd not trust a priest with my spirituality, I'd take a priests advice but as to entrust him with my spirituality, I think not. It's my life, freedom and all, I'll be the one who will be judged and who will stand in front of God on judgement day not the priests who passed through my life during my lifetime.

Yes No It depends on the person. Remember all religious leadeers are people. They have their agendas that they feel need to be presented. Some times it doeas involve politics.

It is very difficult to separate religion and politics. Most religious leadwes would like to see governments controled by the church as it was in Europe for a long time and still is to some degree.

Please go back to Logic101 & Debate 101.
The priest mentioned in the article was not involved in politics - he was involved in an immoral act, proving his own human failings.
You obviously are obsessed with priests - why?
If you don't like the Roman Catholic church, I would recommend you not to attend one.

I see your two last """"""questions""""" are anti priest tirades.

Happy Lord's Day to you, too.
