Rough sex or masturbation can tear the foreskin. You'll need to be gentler and using some lube will help too. Until then, leave your foreskin alone to heal except when you wash it during a shower. It may take a few weeks. Applying aloe or moisturizing cream might help too.

well the fact that u were not lubricated may have something to do with the fact.
was there any foreplay involved?
if it is not healing, your BEST bet is to go to your doctor to have a look. yes it is embarrassing however i do not think u wanna mess with the goods now do you? : )
