Many people enjoy sex, but sex is looked down up by the major religions. Matthew's Gospel says looking at a woman with lust is a sin of the mind. In Islam women have to cover themselves up to prevent men from being too tempted. Since most people (about 70 per cent) are religious then saying you like sex in society is risky because you may offend someone.

Ever since the '60s there has been a Sexual Revolution where sex has become more and more open, but even though more and more people are sexually active, religion still has a strong influence on society.

Obviously your attitude towards sex is looking for some else.

Sex is bring us to our second primitive need (food/water is our first). The experience ranges from passionate to completely awful, and no one admit failure in a relationship. Sex is not verbal but an intense physical experience surrounded by emotions. Some time these emotions go wild, sometimes they go cold.

Why are people afraid of sex? Why are people focus on sex? If you are not hungry or thirsty, you are wired for sex. Sometime sex is not always what you had hope.

Some parts of society look down on sexuality - which is stupid as we're all here as the result of sex! I've found that the most quiet and innocent seeming guys are the biggest sexual deviants!

The quietest most upper class and well mannered guy I ever dated took me to the Opera for a date (I was already picturing the wedding day on this date). Then a few dates later it progressed to the bedroom - where he asked me to pee on him to turn him on!

You just cant tell who has hang ups or fetishes and who are the normal ones! I suppose using a dating application form may help where they tick which sexual practises they are into may help! What do you think?!?

Because of social and religious taboos, free thinking ( opened minded ) people who aren't afraid to really express themselves on any subject ,are few and far between. Everybody is usually guarded about such subject matter because their worried about how the people around them will react . Talking about sex is a potentially embarrassing subject.

Sure I like sex! I'm not going to talk about it during every conversation. What my wife and I do together is our business and nobody else. As far as the "saints" are concerned, have they ever read the Song of Solomon?
“Your stature is like a palm tree,
And your breasts are like its clusters.
“I said, ‘I will climb the palm tree,
I will take hold of its fruit stalks.’
Oh, may your breasts be like clusters of the vine,
And the fragrance of your breath like apples,
Song of Solomon 7:7-8
See, Solomon liked sex too!

I think they are only shy to reveal their sexual thinking or they are afraid that people will laugh at them.
