well you however do not know me...... i am sorry that you feel that you should form opinions on people on just a few questions,personally i would never allow myself to be either a) so shallow and narrow minded, and b) so blinkered that i would judge the whole of a persons personality by "judging a book by the cover".... now.... if the fact that i spend a little time trying to make others smile makes me such a bad person then so be it... bad i must be....

It's the eyebrows, dude...on the web, no-one can see you waggle. Unles you're blatantly out there saying "LAUGH!", it can be misconstrued as serious comment. Plus of course there are a lot of people here that don't have too strongly developed a sense of humour. Combine the two and you get a lot of people who, when faced with something that was intended to be funny, stare like a dog that's just been shown a card trick, then bark at it and bare their teeth.
