No way!If a lot of guys have said it to you then take it as a compliment that they think you're a cool chick.

I know many people who are physically beautiful, but their ugly personality shines through and cancels that fact out. I also know many physically plain looking people with fantastic personalities and a genuine smile across their face makes them very attractive. Ugly is about the physical AND the emotional for people who have some emotional depth, if you have a wonderful personality, you cannot possibly be ugly.

It depends on the guy you're going out with, if he's one of those guys who care about appearances only then he would just go out with you once and never call you again but if we're talking about a sensitive caring man then he would be saying that because he really does feel that you have an amazing personality.

U just go with the flow with men and hope they can be attracted to other beauty marks of perfection that you have to offer on the table so to speak...

Do you honestly feel you're unattractive? If not, then of course not. It could simply be that they have met a lot of attractive girls and you really stand out. Why? Because you're unlike any girl they have ever met. And why are you unlike any girl they have ever met? Because your personality is phenomenal. So no, it doesn't necessarily mean you're ugly. It could simply mean that you're the coolest, most down to earth person they've ever met.
