what help can i get, i am going to be unemployed i think and need to rent somewhere cheap.

most estate agents require a fee from the seller and or the buyer or renter. the con is if the want a fee up front.
if they do not want a fee up front then they are possibly a reputible and trust worthy company. speaking here in generality as i do not know the company in the question.
as always buyer beware, never pay an upfront fee to any company except in retail or etail where you are buying a product to be shipped or taken with you.
Even then buy on a credit and not a debit card so should your goods fail to turn up or arrive damaged and the company you bought from fails to take action you can make a legal claim (UK at least) against the redit card company.

I wouldn,t touch any site that asks for money there are plenty of sites fish4u.com is 1 example stay clear of the 1 you mentioned

For the amount of help they are it really is'nt worth it i used them when i moved to London and they were a waste of space then

No agency should ever charge you before they do anything for you. I've never heard of these people but I would steer clear.
