I have a picture and video CD which seems to be slightly damaged?

It seems to be jumping over some areas and stopping in others. Is there anyway I can repair or gt it repaired? It is a very important CD to me

Download and install Badcopy pro , it's really good and works , u may be able to recover the data from the damaged CD/DVD
