Ah, the old, "quest for truth"!

My personal friend, Don Quixote, often spoke of this.

He had a habit of thinking about windmills. Great guy; tragic really. Loved him like a brother.

No, you can't. At most, "habit thinking" leads to one becoming a smug, self satisfied dogmatist. You have to learn to embrace the endless possibilities of life, and think outside the box. No original or worthwhile idea was ever generated by habit.

Be bold. Question your beliefs and search.

I was thinking the same thing, because our brain habbit thinks so quick that it's hard for us to see things in a different way. I think this is was meditation is mean to be good because it clears us from judging our thoughts, their just thoughts and we can let them go quicker. But i dont really know, i suppouse the answers up to you really.
