hi, pls answer my 2 questions....

1) i have(eat) half a litre of curd(yogurt) per day. will i have any health problem due to this taking of half a litre curd everyday? is having more curd good or bad for health?

2) i stay in a hostel...im getting my food from a mess(hotel)...my food have been packed with a very thin plastic cover(sheet)...i eat my food on that thin plastic cover itself....will i have any health problems due to eating my food in that plastic cover itself?

there is the problem only if the plastic cover by which it is covered/is in contact is of cheap quality/colored
because the cheaper quality/covered one reacts with the food and spoil it.
So, If Good Quality Plastic is used there is no problem.

Regarding intake of Curd,
There is no problem in consuming it in Day, Quantity is no problem ever.Normally u should avoid using Curd at Night.

It is good for your health if you are not fat. Better to mix the curds in water, stir well & drink. Remove the upper froth with butter, if you are obese.

You can eat in the plastic container if it is not kept for too long, like half a day. especially with curds you should be careful to see that it has not soared too much along with the plastic.

Can you not keep it in a disposable paper plate.?,if you have to keep it for a long time.& eat in the evening?

Dont know about the first one but my dad cooked a pizza with the plastic base still on it, ate it and hes fine so I wouldn't worry.

As long as you don't eat the plastic; you should be O.K. & you can eat as much yogart as you want...It's good for you .
