If he has a girlfriend, that is Not good. Stay away from him. If he is not in a relationship, then I would pursue a relationship with him. If he says that again, tell him that you are only friends and that is inappropriate since he has a girlfriend and you want no more of that talk. I had a guy I really liked so much that kept asking me out and he had a girlfriend back home. He was here going to school working at the same place I was. I refused to go out with him, because I wouldn't want to be that girlfriend knowing that someone here was dating my boyfriend. Put yourself in her shoes. I wouldn't say anything to him either because it has to be his idea to end the relationship with her. I wouldn't want someone who would be willing to cheat on his girlfriend. Think about it. What kind of morals does he have to even think about it. He needs to end a relationship before he would even suggest something like that to someone else. To me that is a Big RED flag. How do you know he doesn't tell her He Loves her? I would stay away from him no matter how much you love him. Hard to do, but better in the long run.

Don't bring it up; you don't want to be a breaker of unions. If it does get brought up, simply state your interest but only on the grounds that he were single. However, realize that even know his girl thinks she's his; could you feel comfortable being in that place afetr what you have seen him do to another in a relationship? In the case nothing ever comes of it, but him on your heart's far back burner and don't struggle with it.

what did you reply to him when he told you that? did he have a girlfriend then when he told you? if so, and you feel the same way, you should tell him, you'll know the right time to do it. Try a letter and put despite if he doesnt have the same feeling, you still don't want to lose his friendship

Is his girlfriend a common friend? If yes, you have to decide if you are ready to give up your friendship with the girl... Ask the guy to break up with his girlfriend if he really likes you, but if he can't do that, well just forget him...

If he told you and you feel the same way too, tell him. But tell him his girlfriend is the only person that will get in the way, and ask himn what he thinks about it.

back away from the fire, you will get burnt, might want to stop the horse play too, it will cause you to be in an uncomfortable position especially when his GF is around

so he said that he likes you? and you sort of like him too.but he has a girlfriend?
why don't you talk to him and say that you'll wait for him, besides, it sounds to me like you two were meant for each other.

just in case if anything happens i'll put you in my watch list.

there is no particular way to tell him... you just have to come out and say it... but be careful... make sure he is single if you decide to start a relationship... if he says he wants to just be friends then thats what you need to do... you cant force him to choose he has to make that decision himself... good luck
