RAM's fit on specific slots on your motherboard. If it does not fit then it's the wrong RAM. You can verify it with the spaces on the Memory Card. See if it matches the slots on your motherboard.

It doesn't matter about the RAM, you will only know what memory will fit if you know what the motherboard will take.

yea, just make sure you have the correct slot
such as 184 - pin
180 pin
170 pin
stuff like that

If you MoBo supports that model and that speed of RAM then ye su can use that ram in ur computer.
